Zoko (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a pre-launch combat performance wearable company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (getzoko.com) and waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Message content — any text you submit through the contact form.
  • Usage data — anonymised page views and referral sources collected by Google Analytics (no personally identifiable data is sent).

How We Use Your Information

  • To send you waitlist updates, early-access invitations, and product announcements.
  • To respond to messages you send via the contact form.
  • To understand website traffic and improve content (analytics only).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.

Data Storage & Processors

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors:

  • Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com).
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions (vercel.com).
  • Google Analytics — anonymised traffic analytics.

All processors are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months for reference purposes, then deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from all communications at any time.
