By accessing getzoko.com (“the Site”) or joining the Zoko waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Pre-Launch Status

Zoko is a pre-launch product. The wearable device, software, and services described on this Site are under active development. No product is currently available for purchase. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or availability of any product. Specifications, features, and timelines are subject to change without notice.

3. Waitlist

By submitting your email address to the waitlist you agree to receive product updates and launch communications from Zoko. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting [email protected]. Waitlist position does not confer any rights, priority purchase entitlement, or guarantee of allocation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, videos, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Zoko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content via contact forms or other inputs.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Site without permission.
Impersonate Zoko or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

ZOKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOKO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED HEREIN.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Zoko is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
